I really love this piece, it’s outstanding. All the textures and colours and postures are in balance and the photos you took outdoors are wonderful. Interestingly, before I even saw your figurative trees, I did a sketch for a drawing group. The theme was “Unusual trees”, and mine was that of a woman-like tree. I didn’t know what to do with it until it occured to me just last week that this concept can be turned into a sculpture. the drawing is waiting on my desk, can’t wait to start on it after the holidays.
